• You’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of staff credentials and configuring roles/permissions appropriately.
• You must promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access.

3) Acceptable use

• Don’t use the Service to break the law, infringe rights, or distribute malware.
• Don’t attempt to access data that isn’t yours or bypass security controls.
• Don’t interfere with the normal operation of the Service (including excessive automated requests).

4) Customer data

You retain ownership of the data you upload to the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to collect and use member data, including any additional requirements for biometric access features.

5) Payments and third-party services

Fees (if applicable) are billed as described in your plan. Payment processing and related services may be provided by third parties under their own terms.

6) Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available and secure, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update the Service from time to time, including adding/removing features.

7) Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms or if required to protect the Service or other customers.

8) Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” basis to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted, we exclude liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
